Nothing in this Agreement shall limit cx777c's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may request the closure of your cx777c Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of your closure request, cx777c will process any outstanding withdrawal of your available Balance (subject to KYC requirements) and close the Account within five (5) business days.
